GUIDELINES:

The Solo Exhibition Space is available to all artists, with priority given
to Members of the Visionary Art Collective at VARGA Gallery.
The Space is $300 in the Spring & Winter Months - November through April
and $350 during the Summer and Fall Months - May through October.

Solo shows are given with a 2 week review process.
The room may be reserved with payment in full for the month of the solo show
to be paid *when the room is reserved*. There are no exceptions.

All media considered. Artwork must be properly mounted or framed and ready to hang.
VARGA Gallery reserves the right to not exhibit any artwork that does not meet our display criteria.
Artwork must be for sale. Terms for sale of artwork: 40% to the gallery, 60% to the artist.
Recommended number of works for display 15 - 20 depending on size.

The Solo Exhibition Space square footage is 7.5' x 17' with 10' - 12' ceilings
and one wall of windows that faces the main throroughfare of State Route 212 / Tinker Street.
The space can accomodate a range of art including large scale works and sculpture.

VARGA Gallery will oversee the marketing of the exhibition through press releases
sent to an extensive media list. The Solo Show will be featured on VARGA Gallery's website
with a slideshow of images. VARGA Gallery can assist the artist with on-site signage and art installation.

The Artist is responsible for any additional self-promotion which includes an exhibition announcement.
The Artist may host a "Meet the Artist" or artist reception separate from the gallery reception for concurrent group exhibitions. The artist will be responsible for all costs associated with their reception such as food, beverages or other needs. The artist is responsible for insuring the work during the exhibit.

Available reception times are Thursday through Sunday after 5pm.
During the reception the VARGA Gallery main exhibition space is available for the artist's use.
The artist may use the space for an Artist's Talk, slide show and/or demonstration.
