The "Woodstock World Peace Project" is an Art & Music Celebration in Woodstock, New York to acknowledge & commemorate its artists and the role of Woodstock as a pioneer in the peace movement. The Art Exhibition is open to everyone from everywhere all over the world. You may register below for your peace sign.

There will be a 2 day Love-In in the small field directly next to the gallery. Musicians, poets, bards, speakers, activists and the like will be on stage all day and into the night Saturday and Sunday to MANIFEST PEACE around the globe. THIS IS NOT AN ANTI-WAR EVENT! It is a pro-Peace celebration.

For Artists: The WOODSTOCK WORLD PEACE PROJECT opens August 2010. Registration is $35 per artist. Each artist receives a peace symbol made out of wood to be embellished, decorated, painted, decoupaged or designed as the artist sees fit. Peace signs are made from unprimed, unfinished wood and measure 2 feet in diameter. Finished peace signs must be delivered to VARGA Gallery by the first week of August 2010. The exhibition opens Saturday, August 14, 2010 and peace signs will also go on display throughout Woodstock.
